Red Monster Smoothie

Makes: 2 Servings

Ingredients
1 cup kale or spinach
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup pineapple, fresh, canned or frozen
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup of ice
1 cup of water

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide shake between 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes: Feel free to use low fat, fat free, almond or coconut milk instead of water.
