Cucumber Mint Water

This refreshing alternative to water is easy to make and will help to keep you cool on even the hottest of days. Here are more healthy ways to stay hydrated that are more exciting than plain water.

Ingredients
8 cups of water
1 small cucumber, washed and thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, thoroughly washed

 

Instructions

  1. Pour 8 cups of water into large water pitcher. Place the thin slices of cucumber and mint leaves in the water.
  2. Cover, refrigerate and enjoy!
