Makes: 16 Servings
Ingredients
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves, (2-3 bunches)
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbs vegetable oil
1 large garlic clove, quartered
2 Tbs water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Place basil, walnuts, Parmesan Cheese, oil, water, garlic, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.
- Pulse a few times and process until fairly smooth.
