Ingredients
1 can (6.5 oz) tuna, packed in water, drained
1 apple, chopped
¼ cup plain yogurt, or plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp brown mustard
6 slices whole wheat bread
3 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Put the canned tuna, apple, yogurt, and mustard in a medium bowl. Stir well to mix.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the tuna mixture onto 3 slices of bread.
- Top each sandwich with lettuce and a slice of bread.
