Ingredients
2 Tbs plain yogurt
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 can (3 oz) tuna, packed in water, drained
1 small pear, chopped
1 stalk of celery, finely diced
1 small carrot, grated
Optional: fresh or dried parsley, chopped nuts
Instructions
- To make the dressing, mix yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. For thin dressing, add a tablespoon of water or milk.
- Mix tuna with the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss tuna mixture with dressing. Serve.
