Berries with Banana Cream

There is something to be said about fruit covered in yogurt, chocolate, or… anything really. It really takes healthy dessert to the next level.

Makes: 4 Servings

Ingredients
1/3 cup yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 ripe banana
1 Tbs fruit juice (orange works well)
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tsp honey
1 dash cinnamon

 

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, banana, and juice and mash with a fork until most chunks are gone.
  2. Wash and slice berries.
  3. Top the berries with the yogurt banana mixture.
  4. Top with honey and cinnamon.

Cup of sliced strawberries, bananas, and blueberries mixed in yogurt.
