Ingredients
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup water
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
1/8 tsp cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbs roasted walnuts
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl mix together oats and water.
- Microwave according to oatmeal package directions.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Top with roasted walnuts and enjoy!
Note: You can use skim milk instead of water for increased protein, calcium and Vitamin D.
