Pumpkin Smoothie

This Pumpkin Smoothie is a delicious treat for fall, or any time of the year! Greek yogurt adds healthy protein and fat, making it a perfect snack! Want to make this smoothie even healthier? Try adding one medium carrot, it’s a great vegetable that lasts a long time.

Makes: 4 Servings

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree, fresh or low sodium canned
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
A handful of ice cubes

 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Divide smoothie between 4 glasses. Serve over ice and with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
