Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
4 Tbs cream cheese, low fat
1/2 tsp ranch seasoning mix
2 whole wheat flour tortillas
1/3 cup broccoli, chopped
1/3 cup grated carrot
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir ranch seasoning into cream cheese.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto both flour tortillas, staying one inch from edge. Sprinkle vegetables over cream cheese. Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Cut tortillas in half or into slices and serve.
