Makes: 6 Servings
Ingredients
2 cups chopped strawberries
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vegetable oil
Optional: 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, cilantro
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Serve and enjoy, refrigerate leftovers
